Hi how are you? I am working for UNDP in the position of Program Officer for governance program. I want to learn something from you in the area of leadership
Thanks for checking on me. I am very busy these days and jumping between North and South of my country. I hope that things will be better for our Sudans
Thanks Abong'o for the warm welcome. This seems to be a very interactive and educative forum. I am hoping to learn a lot to help me develop my people. Asante sana.
Dear Sylvester, thanks for the positive feedback and for the additional insights on PSR. I should say your research area is very much needed and timely for the African Continent...a critical mass of empirical evidence is required to fully understand the factors (ante-during-post) for successful implementation of PSRs. You raise a critical issue, the 'how to do it' question is more challenging than ever.....calling for creativity, innovativeness in implementing the reforms.
