You Can Participate to the AfCoP Management!

Dear colleagues,

As you may know, the 24 AfCoP Core Management Team members (CMT) meet monthly over the phone to discuss the progress made on the AfCoP yearly workplan.

The CMT is made up for four teams (Networking, Membership & Communication, Capacity Building & Knowledge Management, and Monitoring & Evaluation). This month, the CMT will be meeting in their teams to discuss specific elements of their work plan including results achieved and next steps.

In an effort to better represent AfCoP members, the CMT has decided to open the preparation of its meetings to all AfCoP members and would appreciate to receive your input prior to these meetings. Do you want to ask about the progress made on a specific item? Do you want to discuss an existing objective or propose a new product? You are most welcome to leave your thoughts and comments below.

You can also contact the Team Leaders directly (please see below the workplans and names of the team leader(s) of the following four teams):
- Networking
- Membership and communication
- Capacity building & knowledge management
- Monitoring and evaluation

For more information please contact AfCoP Secretariat at info@afcop-mfdr.org.

We look forward to your comments,
The AfCoP Secretariat
