The 2010 MES International Evaluation Conference

The 4th Malaysian Evaluation Society (MES) International Evaluation Conference will be held from 29 March - 2 April, 2010 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

It is an opportunity to share experiences on the most current issues in evaluation and Managing for Development Results (MfDR). Its program is available here. Participants are public sector officials, academics, policy makers, researchers and development experts from many countries.

Two AfCoP members from Zimbabwe, Allan Tsapayi and Pindai Sithole, the latter being a Core Management Team member, will participate in this event that will feature one day about MfDR. It will specifically focus on strengthening the network of evaluation societies and networks from developing countries, and on strategies and challenges for developing countries in following up on the Accra Action Agenda. Challenges in implement the Accra Agenda for Action will be discussed by developing countries' representatives.
