The International Initiative for Impact Evaluation (3ie) has just opened a call for proposals on impact evaluations of interventions aimed at improving social and economic development in low and middle-income countries. It accepts proposals on any theme, and there are no pre-established funding limits. 3ie will award up to US$10 million in grants.
