Gud day Zaam

I discussed this issue during the past week with Public Service Commission MfDR practitioners. The notion was agreed to remove the bad apples, but the circumventing hurdle is the best Strategies to roll out Change Management module, Human Resource Policy and the Human Resource Management module . Resistance will be high i have foreseen it before. The real problem pointed out by our friends was the current Recruitment and Placement Process in Government which requires overhaul. Thanks for the idea buy in. See u again later.

I mean those people in influencial positions, with the key to drive things to action () but are the ones stalling implmenetation of management for development results in our public sector. What do we do with them ? So i have decided that as bad apples they might rot the whole basket

Zaam, do you think it wise to remove bad apples from a basket although it has an effect of reducing profit?
