Dear Sylvester, thanks for the positive feedback and for the additional insights on PSR. I should say your research area  is very much needed and timely for the African Continent...a critical mass of empirical evidence is required to fully understand the factors (ante-during-post) for successful implementation of PSRs. You raise a critical issue, the 'how to do it' question is more challenging than ever.....calling for creativity, innovativeness in implementing the reforms.
