Assuring Quality of Statistical Data for better M & E System in Africa.
If we are to achieve this, then we need to increase sensitisation and capacity building of the focal persons entrusted to collect data.This would be simple with the Decentralised system but then lack of resources and late releases tend to hinder everything. We need just one focal person per ward/village. Won't this solve the problem?See More
