Hi Rwakajara,

Greetings from Singapore ! I have been doing some performance management work in TZ, bringing in Singapore public sector experience where relevant. At the Civil Service College of Singapore where I am an Associate Consultant, I cover Balanced Scorecard and Performance Based Budgeting.

My current assignment in TZ is as the Business Process Improvement Advisor with the Public Service Management ministry (PO-PSM)
