Experience:
A 43-year-old Ugandan Male, with a PhD in Project Management and 18 years of work experience of which 12 have been in active Program Design, Management, Monitoring and Evaluation. An experienced Research Coordinator, Program Designer, Monitoring and Evaluation profession of large portfolio of programs in over 44 African countries that include: Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, Ethiopia, Mozambique, Malawi, Zambia, Ghana, Nigeria, Zanzibar, Sudan, and Zimbabwe. Also possesses experience with program design, monitoring and evaluation in southern Asia (Afghanistan, Nepal, Sri Lanka and Pakistan). Programs dealt with include those focusing on: leadership development and capacity building, sustainable licit livelihoods, agriculture development, micro-finance and strengthening of civil society and government institutions. Donors interfaced with include but not limited to the: The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), the European Commission (EC), Department for Agricultural Development, DFID, Sida, IDRC, DANIDA and CIDA)

Qualifications:
I hold PhD in Project Management from Atlantic International University, Honolulu, Hawaii, USA. Postgraduate Diploma in Project Planning and Programming from Uganda Management Institute (UMI) – 2006; Masters Degree in Science and Technical Education M. Ed (Sc.) from Makerere University-2002; Professional Masters (PM) Degree in Information Science from ITC, Delft, The Netherlands – 2000; Post Graduate Diploma in Education (PGDE) - 1996 and a Bachelor of Science (BSc.) -1994 of Makerere University, Kampala, Uganda.
