Je suis déjà de retour en RDC! Je coordonne un programme UNICEF d'assistance élargie axé sur la bonne gouvernance, nommé PEAR+ au Sud Kivu pour IRC. Ce programme s'inscrit dans le cadre du plan de stabilisation de l'Est.

Bonjour Claude, je me permets de vous écrire car j'ai vu que vous habitiez Butembo. Je me trouve actuellement à Washington mais j'ai passé plus d'un an en RDC (basée à beni) et Butembo était un peu ma deuxième maison! Je me demandais si nous nous étions déjà croisés. J'espère que tout va bien pour vous et les votres malgré la situation actuelle.
