Jafar Obtained his master degree in Sociology from the University of Lagos. He also attended a training on Career Development Services at Kansas State University, Training in Gneder Equality Mainstreaming at the International Training Centre of the ILO, training for training factilitators with DFID Security and Growth Programme in Nigeria and Certificate in Project management (PRINCE2).
Jafar is an expert in public service management reform and has been working to improve service public service delivery in Nigeria.
