I am specifically interested in balance score card as it is one of the framework used by managers to transform strategies into action/SMART objectives As a consultant with ABMAB CONSULT based in Nairobi, Kenya, this knowledge is very vital especially to NGOs, Government and other private organisations who are managing for development results and balance score card is a superior tool to achieve this. Dear Ochieng, welcome to the Strategy Execution Group. I also agree that the Balanced Scorecard is a powerful tool that can assist NGOs, Government and other private organisations to successfully execute their well thought strategies.
