Dear all
I would like to disccuss and would like to have experance of diffrent friends
how could we make national medium term plan to be resulted based and
what are the indicators to say plan is result based?

Hi Minyael,
Im Ruqayyah from Mauritius. I think its a nice idea. A medium term plan has the benefit of being implemented quickly if well executred.
I think we should first of all identify a specific issue and then decide how to develop a medium term plan. Do you have a specific issue in mind?
