Dear Ms Goaba,

How are you doing ?

I am currently doing some work in Tanzania, assisting the government to improve public service delivery. I am in touch with DPSM Botswana, and may be back some time in July to help them with the Balanced Scorecard.

I am looking forward to sharing experiences with the African Cop-MfDR, as I have been on the Asian Development Bank's COP-MfDR since its inception, representing the Civil Service College of Singapore.

Warm regards
Andrew Lim
