We here at the PCM Group in Brussels together with our students from outside Europe struggle a lot to get visa issued in order to attend our short courses. This must be a known problem I presume and I hope this community can help us with suggestions on how we should handle this better.
Last courses on RBM and M&E have become very popular indeed and we have long lists of applicants from many countries in Africa. Some did even pay their course fee already before having acquired their visa, as payment may motivate the Belgium Embassy staff to issue the visa easier, still only very few get through.
Can anyone suggest us ideas on how to make this process less frustrating for both parties?
