I believe that a robust analysis of any situation is key to arriving at understanding or appreciating of the gravity of the stumbling blocks to real development; such encourages formulation of workable and acceptable solutions by all stakehholders. I always get frustrated when I see our leaders in Zimbabwe 'scratch' the surface of development problems and instead 'efficiently' push for their political expediency! This is like being content with knowing the name of a forest but without going deep to know the names and characteristics of the trees that make up that forest. In my country Zimbabwe I think we know the forests and it is time we should critically analyze the forests to know the trees and what action to take. I hope this discussion will help me greatly.
